Please be advised:

TAP's online reporting system should NOT be used for emergencies. If there is an emergency, please call the appropriate emergency service for assistance. This system should be used solely for the purpose of reporting maintenance issues, tenant issues and conflicts, ongoing noise complaints, etc. If the problem is non-emergency, but needs to be responded to by TAP staff or maintenance immediately, please call our office at 518-274-3050. Otherwise, report your issues below and our staff will investigate within 72 hours. Thank you.
