In the past we have been known as Troy Architecture Program; but the official non-profit 501(c)3 is incorporated simply as TAP Inc. We are urbanists. TAP’s employees are experienced, reliable, flexible, and able to produce high level work with limited oversight. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You will join 10 Totally Awesome Professionals in our downtown Troy office. A limited amount of remote work is negotiable, but on-site presence is preferred. Collaboration is very important to us. This position requires you to be responsible and motivated, able to juggle multiple tasks, willing to learn new skills, honest and enthusiastic about the mission of this organization, and uphold TAP’s reputation as a Trusted Affordable and Proactive service provider.
