What We Do
TAP fosters inclusive and sustainable community development in the Capital Region by making architectural, planning, and design services affordable to low and moderate income individuals and other non-profit agencies who serve them.

Zoning, Planning, Historic District, and other municipal reviews. Site design that improves safety and sustainability on your property.
Participatory design projects that promote stewardship of public spaces by celebrating a neighborhoods’ character defining features.
Presentations, publications, workshops and events promoting preservation, energy conservation, fair housing, STEM, and skills training
